Who we are

Growth Core Technologies provides digital growth services for businesses—strategy, performance marketing and media operations, creative and branding, analytics and attribution, experimentation, UX/UI collaboration, lifecycle programs, CRM and automation integrations, web and storefront support, prototyping, training, fractional support, and related consulting (“Services”).

Who this Privacy Policy applies to

This Policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, submit an inquiry, schedule a meeting, or correspond with Growth Core Technologies.

If you engage us as a client, additional agreements may apply (for example Statements of Work, Master Services Agreements, or a Data Processing Agreement when we process personal data on documented instructions).

Clients are typically responsible for end-user notices, lawful bases for data they control, and compliance with advertiser and publisher policies.

Information we collect from the website

Contact details you choose to share: name, company, email, optional phone number, message contents, procurement notes, meeting preferences, budget or timeline indications, questionnaire answers, stakeholder lists, attachments, referral context, links to briefs—and other fields intentionally labeled as required or optional.

Technical signals: timestamps, coarse device/browser information, referrer and exit URLs when available, IP-derived approximate location, diagnostics needed to troubleshoot errors, aggregated usage analytics to fix broken journeys or confusing flows—and security telemetry that may indicate abuse.

How we use personal information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals or scopes, schedule meetings, onboard teams, invoice, deliver contracted Services, improve site reliability, safeguard systems and accounts, aggregate analytics responsibly, comply with law, investigate fraud narrowly when warranted, communicate about active engagements—and enforce Agreements.

Legal bases (high level)

Depending on jurisdiction, we rely on processing necessary to prepare or fulfill your request when you initiate a proposal, legitimate interests balanced against your expectations when responding to serious commercial inquiries—or consent where affirmative permission is legally required.

Client operational data tied to integrations and campaigns follows your Agreements and lawful instructions. When we appoint subprocessors, we document pragmatic flows alongside DPAs as appropriate.

Cookies and comparable technologies

Necessary cookies keep forms and navigation stable.Where we use optional analytics or personalization, we aim to disclose them clearly—including relevant choices or opt-outs when required.

Client campaigns may leverage pixels and tags, conversion APIs, catalogs, storefront telemetry, experimentation overlays, or heat-mapping tools—all governed by platform rules plus onboarding documentation about consent tooling and QA expectations.

Disclosure to service providers

We disclose personal information only to subprocessors assisting operations—examples include hosting, email delivery, ticketing, conferencing, scheduling, invoicing, e-sign tools when contractually warranted, security monitoring proportional to sensitivity, tooling tied to Statements of Work.

Partners commit to confidentiality and appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Client audience data

Activating audiences, lifecycle journeys, experiments, personalization, or analytics may involve hashed uploads, webhook events, storefront signals, attribution exports, spreadsheets for mapping—all documented during onboarding alongside platform permissions.

Growth Core Technologies configures systems per instruction.Final suitability of claims, disclosures, suppression lists, and database provenance rests with the advertiser unless specialty counsel participates under a separate retained engagement documented in writing.

Retention

We retain business correspondence and contractual records while relationships remain ongoing and afterward as needed for bookkeeping, dispute resolution (if any), onboarding continuity—or longer only when law or Agreements require.Custom schedules in enterprise contracts override defaults when negotiated.

Security

We pursue reasonable safeguards: least-privilege access, MFA for privileged collaborators, patching aligned to criticality, vendor diligence for material processors—and escalation when anomalies appear. No online service can guarantee perfection; we investigate and notify appropriately if required.

International transfers

When Growth Core Technologies accesses information across borders, we work with pragmatic transfer safeguards described during diligence—for example SCC-style arrangements or supplementary measures narratives when EU or UK counterparties mandate them.Policy language may be localized only when Agreements require translations.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and verifying identity reasonably, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, objection, restriction, or withdraw consent depending on geography.Email hello@growthcoretechnologies.com with Privacy in the subject line.

Any optional marketing cadence honors unsubscribe tools where mandated—beyond that, correspondence focuses on engagements you voluntarily start.

Children

Services aim at enterprises. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Growth Core Technologies-managed website flows. If notified in good faith, we investigate remediation promptly.

AI-assisted internal workflows

We may use drafting, coding, or research assistants under confidentiality training—without pasting unmanaged secrets into public tools. When client procurement restricts specific AI tooling, we honor signed guidance.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We revise this Policy when practices change. The Last updated date reflects the latest posting.Significant revisions for active commercial relationships may accompany direct notice where Agreements require.
